Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Custom Magnets: Orders are printed and carefully prepared within 3–7 business days.

• We currently only ship to Australia.  Please contact us for shipping elsewhere.
  

• We ship using Australia Post. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and are typically 2–7 business days within Australia.

Important Notes:

• Delivery time is in addition to production/creation time!

• Shipping times are approximate. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues. Express shipping only speeds delivery—it does not reduce production time. Times are business days (AEST) Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

• You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it.

• If you order multiple sets or products, you may receive multiple packages. All tracking numbers will be provided.

• Need to update your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at rokimawork@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.
